Kevin and Natalie Harding built their dream home in Woodlands with Webb & Brown-Neaves. Completed in late 2018, The Harding Family are completely in love with their new home and lifestyle, agreeing that this is their ‘forever home.’

With two sons aged 17 and 21, Kevin and Natalie had outgrown their previous home, and were looking to upsize. They had looked at established homes in the area, but couldn’t find exactly what they wanted. “We were looking at established homes in Woodlands and the surrounding areas,” Natalie said. “We found that the houses we liked still had one or two features that we were not 100% happy with.”

“We then started looking at display homes and after research, found that buying a block was a much better option and then being able to build a home that had everything we wanted rather than a home that someone else had designed and built.”

Natalie and Kevin always knew they wanted to live in Woodlands. Natalie grew up in the suburb, with family living nearby. “Woodlands has always been an area we absolutely love,” they said. “We have wonderful neighbours, our son’s school is within walking distance and we love walking to the nearby lake.”

“Natalie’s parents also built with Webb & Brown-Neaves many years ago and still live in the same house, and many of her parent’s neighbours also have Webb & Brown-Neaves homes,” Kevin said. “We wanted to build with a company we could trust, and we knew could build us our dream home to a high standard.”

Kevin and Natalie wanted a floor plan that gave their sons the separation they needed, but also allowed for family time. Their living area is their favourite, being their ‘family zone.’

“We love the whole house,” they said.

“It is our ‘forever home’ but our favourite zone is the living/dining/kitchen area. We love the feel, open layout and we can be cooking whilst enjoying family time talking, watching TV and also being able to look out onto our wonderful alfresco area and the pool.”

As first-time builders, Kevin and Natalie weren’t sure what to expect, but they were in safe hands with the Webb & Brown-Neaves team.

“Given we were new to the whole building experience, the team at Webb & Brown-Neaves supported us through the process from the start, right through the building stage and to the end,” Natalie said.

For the happy couple, the building journey was an exciting one, as they watched their dream home being built from the ground up.

“It was so exciting seeing our house under construction, and talking with the various trades we knew we were in capable hands,” they said.

“We’ve built our dream home. We had input into the planning and the layout rather than going and buying established and then four years later wanting to change things,” Kevin said.

“I couldn’t thank Webb & Brown-Neaves enough for finally giving us our dream home,” said Natalie.
