Meet the team: Lee Heinke

After more than ten years working in different roles within the industry, Lee Heinke has received the complete building education. Now working for ABN Group’s flagship premium brand, Lee is using his skills to help Perth’s families bring their dreams to life.

His experience in different roles within the industry gives him an educated edge when it comes to his role as a Building & Design Consultant at Webb & Brown-Neaves.

“In the Perth residential and commercial building sectors I’ve worked as a Project Manager, Design Manager, Site Supervisor, Estimator, and even a Labourer,” he said.

As a Registered Building Practitioner and with a Diploma of Building & Construction, Lee spent several years running his own business in the industry, before making the move to Webb & Brown-Neaves.

“After more than a decade working in the industry and running my own business, I needed something new but still wanted to be a part of the industry in Perth,” Lee said.

“I always enjoyed business development roles in the past, so choosing to work in my current capacity as a Building & Design Consultant at Webb & Brown-Neaves was an easy choice.”

When asked why he chose to work for Webb & Brown-Neaves, his answer was simple. “They build a home I can be proud to sell.”

His experience in his role as a Building & Design Consultant paired with his previous experience in the industry make Lee an expert in his field, and over a year since his first day at Webb & Brown-Neaves, he has helped many Perth families achieve their dream home.
